Your enquiry and application
We use the information you submit to respond to the request you initiate and to discuss a possible project or role. Optional fields can be left blank. Please send only information relevant to your enquiry; do not include identity documents, passwords or sensitive personal information.
A successful submission confirms that your request has been saved. It does not confirm that an email has reached a mailbox, that a project has been accepted or that work has started.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries and applications are stored in our Directus content management system. Uploaded enquiry files are kept in a private folder. Authorised operators use the system to review requests and follow up; notifications and email correspondence use Zoho Mail. Website hosting uses Hetzner infrastructure.
Protected backups support recovery if data or a server is lost. Information in a backup can remain until that backup is replaced through the backup retention process. For questions about how long your enquiry, application or attachment is kept, contact us for a review of the relevant record. Retention can also depend on subsequent agreed work and applicable record-keeping requirements.
Analytics is your choice
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load only after you accept analytics in Cookie settings. Declining analytics does not prevent you from browsing the site or sending an enquiry. You can change your choice using Cookie settings at the bottom of the screen; withdrawing consent removes the website’s analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop the analytics code.
Analytics is configured without advertising signals. Clarity uses strict text masking. We do not send the contents of enquiries, CVs, attachments, names, email addresses or phone numbers as analytics event parameters. These providers may process technical usage information on their own infrastructure; their privacy information is linked below.
Your privacy requests
Contact info@smalltalk.digital to request access, correction, deletion or a review of the processing of your personal information. Other rights, including restriction, objection and portability, apply where their legal conditions are met. We may need to confirm your identity before releasing or changing information. You can also submit a complaint to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik).
This notice describes the website and its current services. It does not require you to agree to analytics or subscribe to marketing when submitting a request.
