1. Tell us what you need

Choose a service or send a brief with your goal, intended audience, intended channels and any useful reference material. A budget range and preferred deadline help us assess the request, but are optional. Sending a brief is an enquiry, not an online purchase.

2. Confirm the proposal

Catalogue prices and the service calculator give an initial estimate. The final proposal depends on the agreed scope: format and number of deliverables, filming or other production needs, editing, languages, locations and intended use. Any taxes, expenses and additional work need to be stated in the written proposal.

3. Agree the project before production

The written project agreement should confirm scope, schedule, price, payment arrangements, review stages, included revisions, deliverable formats and usage rights before work begins.

4. Review and receive the agreed deliverables

Feedback, changes and delivery are handled according to the agreed project. If requirements change, confirm the effect on scope, price and timing in writing. Please share only reference material you are authorised to provide, and agree any necessary permissions for people, locations, music and other third-party content.

Questions or concerns

Use info@smalltalk.digital for project questions, feedback or a concern about the agreed work. Include enough context to identify the project; do not send payment-card information or passwords. Project-specific agreements take precedence over this general explanation of the process.
